Adam Schwartz has composed works for a variety of ensembles including string quartets, jazz orchestras, a cappella groups, rock bands, and even full orchestras. He has had a number of his pieces performed at MIT since 2007. Many recordings of these works can be heard at Adam's music player website.

Adam's been writing and recording music since the age of 7 years old. His first released album, "Black & White" was recorded at Natural Log Productions (lnP) under the The Orchard label, and has been selling on iTunes and other online stores since November, 2005. Although currently in a transitional period, his band is periodically playing gigs in and around Boston, MA.

I use Last.FM to track the music I listen to on my computer. I have found it very interesting to look at my music listening history. There are definitely some noticable patterns: I tend to listen to orchestral music more at night and rock music more during the day. I also tend to listen to jazz more on the weekends than during the week.
